Working with the remodeler, the designer, and our clients, we were to provide a complete smart home integration system while lending towards our client’s passion, honoring art.

In 2017 Hurricane Harvey flooded our client’s home which brought devastation in the beginning. Our clients moved into the home in 2010 so when their main living spaces were washed away it flooded them with new aspirations of a massive remodel with an impressive new vision. The most important part of any construction is communication and planning so we met with the remodeler, designer, and our clients frequently. This Houston, TX area home has a majestic view of the trees so the four 22 foot Lutron motorized shades paired with Lutron lighting was just the start. Marble flooring and natural wood paneling are paired together so we merged seamless outlets and keypads into those aesthetics and then placed invisible in-wall speakers behind the wood paneling. We partnered with the remodeler in providing a motorized TV mount to raise and lower the living room television. A comprehensive approach to installing the 16 foot LED mosaic above the fireplace gave light to a fresh and distinctive style that is remarkable and to maximize privacy we programmed a privacy film to go opaque as part of their smart home automation system.
